Crépes

Recept till pannkakorna                                 Recept på fyllningen 

 2 dl  vetemjöl                                                2 msk smör                

4 dl mjölk                                                       2 msk vetemjöl

3ägg                                                               2 dl mjölk

1/2 tsk salt                                                 och vad du vill ha i dina crépes  

2 msk smör  

Så här gör du: först lägger du i vetemjölet, mjölken , äggen  och salt i en bunke och rör ihop det  sedan lägger du i smöret i en stekpanna och så steker du pannkakorna. sen ska du göra en  fyllning till Crépsen och då gör du så här du smälter smöret i en gryta och sedan kokar du upp mjölken i grytan. När mjölken kokar häller du i lite mjöl i taget och rörrom samtidigt annars bränner det fast sedan häller du i det du vill ha i Crépsen te.x skinka. Sedan häller du fyllningen på pannkakorna och rullar ihop pannkakorna och lägger pannkakorna med fyllning i en ungsform och strör över ost och sedan ställer man in crépsen i ungnen på 225° i ca 10-15 min 

Bedömning: Det blev gott och jag blev väldigt nöjd med resultatet.
